We serve current technology only - Microsoft Windows XP or newer.
Minimum hardware requirements - 500 Mhz processor and 256 MB memory.
We make every effort to preserve your data and software, but we can not be liable for loss of user information.
Service fees: $160 for bench charge: removal of viruses, malware, spyware, and updating your current software if necessary. $60 per hour for additional services, software reloading, hardware upgrades, and limited hardware repair. Rates for network consulting, limited onsite repairs, and other computer related services will be on a case by case basis.
We are located at 1470 W. Main St, Tipp City, Ohio. The entrance is in the back marked by a red door.
